Grace and Kira receive academic all-state honors at Rio Tinto

State Semi-Final Game

Bonneville scored first early in the second half. Then Tylei Jensen had the equalizer for the Warriors. After regulation the game remained tied. In two overtime periods the Warriors created more opportunities but couldn't put one in. The game then went to a shootout. Megan Rodgers blocked one shot and nearly had a second but the ball hit the post and bounced in. Through the first five pk's it remained tied. The Warriors ended up losing in pk's 5 to 4. A hard end to a great season.

Snow Canyon defeats Logan 4 to 2 in a shootout. Megan Rodgers blocked two in the shootout and Kira Boettcher, Ashley Brindley , Arantxa Melendez and Jacie Mooring put their shots in. The Warriors will face Bonneville in the Semifinals next Friday.

Heidi Smith scored off a Megan Rodgers assist as the Warriors defeat Juan Diego 1 to 0.
The Warriors will play Logan on Saturday 10/14 at 1:00 pm at Warrior field.

Snow Canyon 7 Hurricane 3

Ashley Brindley had three goals, Sarah Evans had two goals and Brielle Hoskins and Arantxa Melendez each had a goal. Kira Boettcher had three assist and Arantxa Melendez had an assist for the Warriors. With the win the Warriors become region champions.

Snow Canyon 5 Dixie 2

Snow Canyon beats the flyers 5 to 2. Arantxa Melendez scored twice and had an assist. Heidi Smith scored off a Arantxa Melendez assist. Brielle Hoskins scored off a Kirra Boettcher assist. Ashley Brindley scored off a Sekada Burchinal assist.

Snow Canyon scored 7 unanswered goals as the beat the Falcons. Goals were scored by Kirra Beottcher, Sarah Evans(2), Heidi Smith Tylei Jensen, Kenzee Brough and Samantha "Bubba" Lindsey. Assisting 4 of the goals were Heidi Smith, Ashley Brindley Arantxa Melendez and Brielle Hoskins.

Arantxa Melendez scored as did Jaycee mooring who was assisted by Rachel Bunting.

Tylei Jensen scored first for the Warriors off an Ashley Brindley assist. Ashley Brindley scored the next four goals for the Warriors assisted twice by Samantha "Bubba" Lindsey. Rachel Bunting scored the final goal for the Warriors.

Hurricane 2 Snow Canyon 1 2OT

Arantxa Melendez scored off a free kick. Hurricane tied the score on a PK. Hurricane scored with 57 seconds left in overtime to win.

Dixie 3 Snow Canyon 2

Ashley Brindley scores two goals as SC loses to Dixie.

The Warriors get their fourth win in region defeating Canyon View 3 to 2. Goals were scored by Sarah Evans, Ashley Brindley and Tylei Jensen.

Snow Canyon 2 Cedar 1

SC beats Cedar 2 to 1 for their third region win in as many games. Heidi Smith and Ashley Brindley scored and were assisted by Sekada Burchinal and Sarah Evans.

Snow Canyon 3 Desert Hills 2

The Warriors win their second region game against Desert Hills 3 to 2. Heidi Smith had a hat trick for the Warriors and was assisted on 2 of those goals by Samantha "Bubba" Lindsey.

Snow Canyon 7 Pine View 0

In their first region game the Warriors shutout the Panthers 7 to 0. Goals were scored by Heidi Smith(2), Tylei Jensen, Adi Melendez, Ashley Brindley and Sekada Burchinal. Goals were assisted by Brielle Hoskins, Ashley Brindley and Rachel Bunting.

East 1 Snow Canyon 0

East hands the Warriors their first loss of the year as the beat the Warriors 1 - 0.

Snow Canyon 2 Davis 1

Snow Canyon beats Davis 2 to 1 ending a two year 48 game win streak by Davis. Ashley Brindley scored both goals for the Warriors.

Snow Canyon 1 Copper Hills 1

In their first preseason game the Warriors tie Copper Hills 1 to 1. The goal for SC was scored by Brielle Hoskins with an assist by Rachel Bunting.
