Soccer tryouts begin July 30th at 7am.

TIME CHANGE FOR OGDEN GAME

The time for the Warriors quarter final game against Ogden has been changed to 3:00PM on Saturday October 15.

I their first state game Snow Canyon defeats Wasatch 2 to 0. The defense of Shipp, Losee, McCracken, Prince, Gates, and Smith have another good showing and Cecilee Horlacher and Grace Walton share the shutout in the goal. Callie Stewart scored first followed by Cecilee who was assisted by Arianna Weide. Next up for the Warriors Ogden at Ogden at 1:00 pm on Saturday October 15. Below are 3A state game scores.

Snow Canyon 8 Desert Hills 1

It was senior night at Snow Canyon as the Warriors played their last region game. Seniors Amber Graff, Cecilee Horlacher and Kendal McCracken were honored. The cold weather and ran didn't slow down the Warriors as they defeated Desert Hills 8 to 1. Callie Stewart scored four goals and had two assists. Sarah Henderson had one goal and four assists. Arianna Weide had a goal and an assist. Cecilee Horlacher Horlacher had a goal. Meghan McKenna had a goal and Mckenzie Jolley had an assist. The defense consisting of Kendal McCracken, Autumn Shipp, Jaydn Losee, Janel Prince, Lauren Smith and Macey Gates once again played great as the Warriors gain momentum going into their first state game on Wednesday 10/12 at 4:00 PM. The Warriors will take on either Wasatch or Park City.

Snow Canyon and Cedar play to a draw. The Warriors have a bye 10/4. Next game is Dixie at Snow Canyon on Thursday 10/6.

Sarah Henderson scored on a PK as SC beats Dixie 1 - 0. Cecilee Horlacher and Grace Walton split the shutout. Next up for the Warriors Ceder at SC on Thursday 9/29.

Amber Graff scored the lone goal as the warriors win 1 - 0. Cecilee Horlacher and Grace Walto split the shut out. The defense played well again for SC.

The Warriors drop a region game to Pine View. Next up Hurricane.

Mitzi Gates, Sarah Henderson, Callie Stewart and Cecilee Horlacher all score as Snow Canyon defeats Canyon View 4 to 1. Next up for the Warriors Pine View at Pine View on Tuesday 9/19.

Sarah Henderson scores 2 goals, Callie Stewart adds another as Snow Canyon Defeats Desert Hills 3 to 1. Meghan McKenna had an assist. Next up for the Warriors Canyon View at Canyon View on Thursday 9/14.

Cedar 2 Snow Canyon 1

The Warriors suffer their first region defeat. Meghan McKenna scored the only goal for the Warriors as she near posts the goal keeper. Next up for the Warriors Desert Hills.

Very hard fought game as both teams took turns scoring in both halves and a scoreless double overtime. Cecilee Horlacher scores Snow Canyons goal as they come from behind to get the tie.

Tirsa Snyder scored the game's only goal to lift Snow Canyon over Hurricane.

Amber Graff and Callie Stewart scored as the Warriors beat Pine View 2 - 1. Meghan McKenna assited both Snow Canyon goals as the Warriors prevailed in a hard fought game.

Snow Canyon shut down Canyon View with strong defense. Callie Stewart had two goals for the warriors while Mitzi Gates of had the play of the game with a beautiful header that stunned the crowd.

Timpanogos 1 Snow Canyon 0

In a hard fought State Semi-Final Game Snow Canyon loses 1 to 0. The only goal came off a free kick. The girls all played well and showed a lot of heart and fight through the whole game. The coaches would like to thank the parents, siblings, friends and fans who have come out and supported the girls through this season. You all have been wonderful. We especially would like to thank the girls for their hard work and dedication this year. The love and support they showed one another was a big part of our success and is a legacy that our seniors have left for future teams to build on. You are all the best.

Snow Canyon 1 Sky View 0

In a hard fought game Snow Canyon comes out on top as they beat Sky View 1 to 0 in the state quarter finals. A total team effort from the field players to the bench helped push the Warriors through to victory. The only goal of the game was scored by Callie Stewart with an assist from Amber Graf. The warriors will play Timpanogos at Juan Diego High School on Tuesday at 11:00AM

Snow Canyon 3 Payson 0

In their first state game the Warriors play smothering defense and score three goals to take down their first opponent in state play. Goals were scored by Meghan McKenna, Jacie Shotwell and Arriana Weide. Arianna also had 2 assists. Next up for the Warriors Sky View.

Senior Night

We love our Seniors and as they play their last region game at home against Dixie and come away with a win we honor them and their parents for all their hard work and dedication over the years. Here they are being honored at halftime of the football game.

Snow Canyon 1 Dixie 0

Snow Canyon beats Dixie on a Mitzi Gates goal off of a Sarah Henderson assist. The win gives Snow Canyon the outright Region Title. the Warrior's first state game will be Tuesday 10/12/2010 at 4:00 PM against Payson. It was also senior night. The senior girls and their parents were honored at halftime of the football game

Dixie Game Rescheduled

The Dixie game has been rescheduled for Friday at 3:30PM.

Dixie Game Postponed

Game to be rescheduled because of weather. Two Snow Canyon students, Dane Zdunich and Alex Lambson, were struck by lightning. Our thoughts and prayers are with them and their families.

Snow Canyon 3 Cedar 2

Snow Canyon traveled to Cedar and scored two first half goals, one from Callie Stewart and the second by Sarah Henderson and went into the half up 2 to 0. Early in the second half Amber Graff drilled the ball into the net to give the Warriors a 3 to 0 lead. The Warriors then held on for a 3 to 2 victory. Assists on the Warriors goals came from Arianna Weide and Amber Graff. Next up for SC Desert Hills at Desert Hills on Thursday.
