Desert Hills scored first then Heidi Smith had the equalizer for the Warriors early in the second half off a Samantha "Bubba" Lindsey assist. The teams remained tied in regulation. In the first overtime period Desert Hills had an excellent opportunity for the win but it was thwarted by an amazing save by Megan Rodgers. In the 9th minute of the first OT period Ashley Brindley had an assist on a second Heidi Smith goal to give the Warriors the OT victory. It was a great effort by all, forwards, midfield, defense the bench and the fans.  The Warriors have Cedar City at home on Tuesday. Varsity at 7:30
